The formal living room includes plush sofa and armchair seating as well as a smart TV for keeping up with episodes of all your favorite shows. Should a conflict on what to watch arise, two additional sitting areas are available between the loft and the basem*nt, both offering their own unique environment for privacy and entertainment. Back on the main level, the modern kitchen showcases all-white appliances, glossy granite countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed to whip up convenient meals at home. Gather the whole crew together for formal meals at the stylish dining table, afterward hosting a competitive game night.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 full size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

•Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
•Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog under 20 lbs. allowed on a case-by-case basis. No cats. An additional flat pet fee of $45 will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

Mashpee is a town on Cape Cod known for its natural beauty, including sandy beaches, views of Nantucket Sound and Vineyard Sound, and four of the largest freshwater ponds on Cape Cod. Some attractions in Mashpee include the Cahoon Museum of American Art, South Cape Beach State Park, and the Cape Cod Children's Museum. Mashpee is also close to the Cape Cod Canal and bridges to the mainland, making it a starting point for day trips to Plymouth and Newport, Rhode Island. Mashpee is also a great place to enjoy the outdoors. There are several hiking trails in town, as well as several opportunities for fishing, boating, and kayaking.
