SeniorLink is a program for unpaid and family caregivers. The goal is to make sure caregivers have the tools and resources to succeed. Caregivers complete an assessment of their knowledge and skills. That’s compared with the member’s health needs and challenges. Then SeniorLink builds a care plan that will allow each member to live safely at home.

PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active, Rewarding Lives Peer Support)

PEARLS is a treatment program. It can help reduce depression and improve quality of life. It’s for older adults or adults of any age with epilepsy.The program involves 6-8 in-home sessions that focus on:

  • Solving problems
  • Being more social
  • Getting physically active
  • Doing fun activities

Clothing Allowance for School Aged Children

Provides $100 per child per year to help parents buy clothing for their children.

Workforce Fund

Members can get up to $1500 to help fund their studies. These scholarships can be put toward certificate, degree or workforce programs.

Emergency Needs Fund

Provides financial assistance to help with vital non-medical needs. Things like housing, food, transportation, gasoline, clothing and more. Funds are given out on a case by case basis.

There’s no cost to call our substance use helpline. It’s available 24/7. And all callers can remain anonymous.

Hypoallergenic Mattress Cover and Pillow Cases

Dust mites can be a trigger for asthma attacks. Hypoallergenic mattress covers and pillowcases can lower the risk. We provide 1 mattress and 2 pillow case per year. For members aged 3–21 with asthma or COPD.

Members 21+ can get a vison exam once every 24 months.

Dental (Enhanced)

Members 21+ can get 1 fluoride treatment every 6 months. They can also choose to get 1 lifetime ACC/fluoride varnishing treatment.

EmissarYouth

This program connects peer support specialists with youth in foster care. It includes a 1-hour in-person meeting each week. Plus a mobile app to stay in touch between meetings.

OMW helps prepare youth members for living on their own. This online program teaches important life skills. Things like finding housing, getting a job and managing money.
