Beef and Broccoli Recipe FAQs

1) What other cuts of beef can I use to make this?

I recommend using a flank steak or skirt steak.

2) Wondering what to cook with beef and broccoli? I would suggest serving the beef and broccoli over rice or noodles. For sides try making an Asian salad, egg rolls, steamed vegetables, potstickers or cream cheese puffs.

3) Is beef and broccoli gluten free? As long as you use a gluten free soy sauce and beef broth, the rest of the ingredients should be gluten free but always check the labels to be sure.

4) What can I add to make this spicier? I would suggest adding more red pepper flakes or some sriracha sauce. On the other hand, you can leave the red pepper flakes out if you don’t want any heat.
